Adults aged 18 and over, in person or by secure video. A one-hour psychiatric assessment (€500) is the first step for each.
-
Depression
Low mood that has lasted for at least two weeks, keeps returning or has not responded to treatment: a careful diagnosis, a plan made with you, and the full range of effective treatments, from medication to tDCS and, by referral to a colleague, rTMS.
Depression -
Anxiety
Generalised anxiety, panic, social and health anxiety: understanding what drives the worry, and a treatment plan chosen with you and built to last.
Anxiety -
OCD
Intrusive thoughts and the rituals that try to quiet them, often hidden for years: a condition with a specific, effective treatment.
Obsessive-compulsive disorder -
Bipolar disorder
Getting the diagnosis right, choosing the right long-term treatment with you, and a plan for staying well between episodes.
Bipolar disorder -
PTSD
When something that happened will not stay in the past: a diagnosis at your pace, and a plan built on the treatments that work.
Post-traumatic stress disorder
Also adjustment to illness or loss, sleep problems, and everything else adult psychiatry covers.
ADHD
Adult ADHD: assessment and ongoing care
Two one-hour stages with Dr Szigeti, a written report within two weeks and, if ADHD is diagnosed and you choose it, care that continues afterwards, with prescribing that stays with him.
- €500 + €500: one fee for each of the two stages, report included
- A general psychiatric assessment first, because other conditions can look like ADHD or sit alongside it
- Follow-ups of thirty minutes (€180); after twelve stable months, your GP can take over with a yearly review
