What the fee includes

For every assessment, the explanation of the findings, a plan agreed with you and a written summary; for the ADHD assessment, the full written report within two weeks; for every appointment, with your consent, a letter to your GP.

Paying, cancelling, rescheduling and punctuality

Payment is made by card through a secure link when your appointment is confirmed; we do not take cash or cheques. Every fee is confirmed in writing before you book, and nothing is added without your agreement.

We ask for at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment without charge. With less notice, a fee of up to 50% of the appointment cost may apply, because a late cancellation is a slot that could have gone to someone waiting. If you need to move an appointment, contact us as soon as you can and we will find another date.

Please arrive on time: appointments start and end at the scheduled times. If you arrive late, the consultation is shortened to the time that remains; if too little time is left for a useful consultation, the appointment is rescheduled altogether.

Insurance and tax relief

Laya Healthcare, Vhi, Irish Life and other insurers may cover part of the cost of outpatient consultant appointments: check your policy. Your receipts serve for the claim and for the 20% tax relief on medical expenses, claimed from Revenue.
