This work is separate from the care of my own patients and impartial: my duty is to the court or instructing body.
How instruction works
- A written instruction sets out the questions and the material available.
- A written quote and a timescale are agreed before any work begins.
- Records review, assessment and report follow; attendance is arranged where required.
Case papers are never sent by ordinary email: a secure channel is agreed at instruction.
