What happens next

1. We reply within one working day, by email or telephone as you prefer, and confirm the fee and the current waiting time.
2. If you would like an appointment, we ask for a referral letter from your GP or simply your GP’s details, and send you the Pre-Assessment Form to complete at home.
3. Nothing is booked until you have the fee and the waiting time in writing.
